Biodata Maker (“the App”) is developed and published by MD SAMSAD ALI (Aqua App Studio) (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Biodata Maker mobile application available on the Apple App Store.

1. Privacy Summary

• No personal biodata information is uploaded to our servers
• All data entered in the app remains stored locally on your device
• The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability, reliability, and user experience
• No personally identifiable information is collected through these services
• No advertising or cross-app tracking is used
• No personal information is sold or shared for advertising purposes

2. Information You Provide

To create a biodata, you may voluntarily enter personal details such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address
• Profile photo
• Education, profession, and preferences

This information is used only to generate your biodata and export it as a PDF. The data never leaves your device.

This information is not transmitted off the device and is not accessible to the developer.

3. Local Data Storage

All information is stored locally on your device using an internal database. We do not upload, back up, or transmit your data to any external server.

If you uninstall the app, all stored data is permanently removed. Please export your PDF if you wish to keep a copy.

4. Camera & Photo Access

The app may request access to your camera or photo library solely to allow you to add a profile photo or save your biodata PDF.

These permissions are optional and are never used for data collection or tracking.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

Biodata Maker does not collect or process:

• Location data
• Contacts
• Advertising data
• Payment or financial information
• Personally identifiable information through analytics or crash reporting services

Note: While Biodata Maker itself does not collect analytical or crash data, the Apple App Store and the iOS operating system may automatically collect certain technical information (such as app installation metrics or system crash logs) for the purpose of platform analytics, performance reporting, and App Store functionality. This information is collected by Apple and not accessible to or controlled by the App developer.

6. Third-Party Services

Biodata Maker uses trusted third-party services provided by Google Firebase, including:

• Firebase Analytics — used to understand general app usage and improve user experience
• Firebase Crashlytics — used to detect crashes and improve app stability and reliability

These services may automatically collect limited technical and diagnostic information such as:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• App version
• Anonymous app interaction events
• Crash reports and diagnostic data

No personally identifiable information is intentionally collected or shared through these services. The collected information is used solely for app improvement, debugging, and performance monitoring.

7. Tracking & Advertising

Biodata Maker does not display third-party advertisements and does not perform cross-app or cross-website tracking.

The app does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework because no tracking activity is performed.

8. In-App Purchases

Biodata Maker offers optional in-app purchases that allow users to unlock premium features, such as downloading and sharing biodata PDFs.

• All payments are processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID account
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment or billing information
• The purchase provides access for a fixed duration (e.g., 30 days from the date of purchase)
• This is a non-renewing purchase and does not automatically renew
• After the access period expires, users may choose to purchase again if needed
• Biodata Maker includes a Restore Purchase option. When a user taps the Restore button, the app securely fetches the transaction receipt from Apple to verify the original purchase date. If the 30-day access period is still active, access is automatically restored. No personal or payment data is collected during this process — only the purchase date from the Apple-issued receipt is used to calculate remaining access. This process is handled entirely through Apple's StoreKit framework.

Prices may vary by region and are displayed within the app at the time of purchase.

All billing and refund requests are handled directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

9. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Data Security

Since all data remains on your device, security depends on your device settings. We do not maintain any servers or external databases containing user data.

11. Data Retention

Your information remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Exported PDF files are stored wherever you choose to save or share them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
